Prohibited Conduct & Bans

Yakkamon — Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play Policy

This Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play Policy (Fair Play Policy) forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Yakkamon Pre-Registration Terms and Conditions (Terms). Capitalised terms used in this Fair Play Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Fair Play Policy and the Terms, the Terms will prevail.

This Fair Play Policy consolidates, in one place, the conduct that may result in your Account being suspended or terminated (banned), and in the loss of any points, rank, trainer number, early-access wave, whitelist spot or Rewards. Engaging in any of the conduct set out below, attempting to do so, or facilitating, encouraging or assisting any other person to do so, constitutes a material breach of the Terms.

This Fair Play Policy applies to pre-registration, including the trainer leaderboard, Challenges, referrals, $FLOWER deposits, the Ronin free mint and any airdrop. Once the Game launches, the Game terms and conditions (and any fair play policy that forms part of them) will govern your gameplay.

1. Automation & Tooling

You must not:

  1. use any artificial intelligence tool, agent, model or assistant to automate, execute or materially assist any part of pre-registration or gameplay, including daily nurture, quests, Challenges, referrals or social media posts made to earn points;

  2. use any bot, script, macro, auto-clicker, scheduler, browser extension, or any other automation software or hardware in connection with the Site, the trainer dashboard, any Challenge or the Game;

  3. bulk-create, script or automate sign-ups, email verifications, or the linking of Discord or X (Twitter) accounts;

  4. interact directly with our private or internal APIs, or access the Site or the Game other than through the websites, game client and interfaces that we make available to players;

  5. reverse engineer, duplicate, decompile, disassemble or decode any aspect of the Site or the Game, or probe for, discover or attempt to access any undocumented endpoint, service, area or code;

  6. use temporary, disposable or throwaway email addresses, or purchased, farmed or fake Discord or X (Twitter) accounts, to register or verify an Account; or

  7. exploit any bug, glitch, vulnerability or unintended mechanic of the Site, the leaderboard, the whitelist, the free mint or the Game. If you discover a bug or exploit, you must promptly report it to us (via Discord or at [email protected]) and must not use it, disclose it to any other person, or benefit from it.

2. Multi-Accounting & Account Integrity

Each person may only have 1 Account (one trainer). You must not:

  1. create, register, operate, control or benefit from more than one Account, whether directly or indirectly, including through any other person or any other email address;

  2. share your Account with, or access an Account on behalf of, any other person. This includes sharing an Account with family or household members — each individual trainer must hold and operate their own Account;

  3. use another person's Account, or permit any other person to use your Account, whether paid or unpaid;

  4. buy, sell, rent or transfer any Account, trainer profile, trainer number, leaderboard position, whitelist spot or early-access wave;

  5. link the same Discord account, X (Twitter) account or wallet address to more than one Account; or

  6. refer yourself, including by using alternative accounts, throwaway emails, or shared devices or wallets, or otherwise generate referrals that are not genuine, separate people who actually engage with pre-registration.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you (clause 2.4 of the Terms).

3. Funnelling & Asset Consolidation

You must not:

  1. funnel or transfer $FLOWER, RON, tokens, Monster NFTs or other Rewards across Accounts or wallets in order to consolidate them in a single Account or wallet, including for the purpose of group sale;

  2. coordinate with any other Account or person to concentrate points, referrals, whitelist spots, mints, Rewards or other value into a single Account or wallet address;

  3. create, operate or use any "feeder" Account whose purpose is to supply, fund, refer or otherwise benefit another Account;

  4. complete quests, Challenges, daily nurture or mints on behalf of another person, or have another person do so on your behalf, whether paid or unpaid; or

  5. enter into or participate in any arrangement under which the control, points, Rewards or proceeds of a single Account are shared or split between two or more people.

Funnelling to a single wallet address is a common method used by multi-accounts and bots to farm points and extract value from a launch. Funding the $FLOWER deposits or free-mint gas of multiple Accounts from a single source wallet, or transferring minted Monster NFTs or $FLOWER from multiple Accounts' wallets into a shared wallet, will be treated as funnelling and may result in the associated Accounts being banned.

4. NFTs, Trading & the Game Economy

You must not:

  1. engage in wash trading, market manipulation, or the artificial inflation or manipulation of the price or perceived value of any Monster NFT (including hidden NFTs prior to reveal), token or in-game item;

  2. use fraudulent, stolen or illicitly obtained funds or assets (including $FLOWER or RON), or buy, sell or transfer any item obtained without authorisation or in violation of any law;

  3. mint more than the permitted allocation in any free-mint wave, or attempt to access a wave you are not eligible for;

  4. misrepresent the rarity, attributes or reveal outcome of any hidden NFT, or impersonate Yakkamon, Thought Farm or its team to promote any sale, mint or giveaway; or

  5. make any attempt to circumvent our fee systems, deposit or withdrawal limits.

5. Community & Challenges

You must not:

  1. submit false, plagiarised, recycled or fabricated content, or delete posts after receiving points, in order to complete a quest or Challenge;

  2. spam, raid or flood Discord, X (Twitter) or any other community channel, including with referral links;

  3. harass, threaten, scam or phish other players, or distribute fake mint links, fake airdrop claims or malicious software; or

  4. breach the terms, rules or policies of any third-party platform (including Discord, X and the Ronin Launchpad) in connection with pre-registration.

6. General

  1. You must not engage in any other activity that, in our reasonable opinion, undermines fair play, the integrity of the leaderboard or the game economy, or the security or stability of the Site or the Game.

  2. We reserve the right to investigate, suspend or ban Accounts, and to remove, reset or confiscate any points, referrals, rank, trainer number, early-access wave, whitelist eligibility, Monster Eggs, Rewards or other value obtained through, or in connection with, a violation of this Fair Play Policy or the Terms.

  3. Violations may result in permanent bans applied across all associated Accounts, wallets, Discord and X (Twitter) accounts, and disqualification from any airdrop, free mint, referral, Challenge, competition or reward program — both during pre-registration and once the Game launches.

7. Detection & Enforcement

We monitor for behaviour that indicates a breach of this Fair Play Policy or the Terms. The signals we rely on include, but are not limited to:

  • multiple Accounts accessed from shared devices, wallets, IP addresses or networks;

  • multiple Accounts funded from, or sending assets to, the same wallet address;

  • clusters of sign-ups or referrals using similar, disposable or sequential email addresses, or newly created Discord and X (Twitter) accounts;

  • activity patterns that are inconsistent with normal human behaviour, such as perfectly regular daily nurture timings; and

  • software accessing parts of our systems that are not intended for player use.

A number of additional behavioural and technical signals feed into this review, and we deliberately do not disclose the full list. If your Account's activity is consistent with the prohibited conduct described above, it may be flagged, suspended or investigated regardless of intent. Referrals and leaderboard results are reviewed before Rewards are finalised.

We may suspend your Account while we investigate a suspected breach (clause 10 of the Terms). We are not required to give prior warning before taking enforcement action, and all enforcement decisions are made in our sole discretion in accordance with the Terms.

8. Clarifications

  • Households: More than one trainer may live in the same household, but each trainer must have their own Account, their own email, their own Discord and X (Twitter) accounts and their own wallet, must not fund another household member's deposits or mints, and must not transfer value between their Accounts. A shared network or device is a signal we review — it is not, on its own, an automatic ban — but the prohibitions on funnelling and account sharing above still apply.

  • Trading hidden NFTs: Monster NFTs from the free mint may be traded on the marketplace, including before reveal. However, an NFT minted or acquired in breach of this Fair Play Policy may be excluded from the Game or have associated Rewards removed, even after transfer. Buy from reputable sources and only use official links.

  • Referrals: Inviting genuine friends is encouraged. Referrals that are unverified, self-referrals or multi-accounts will be removed, and repeated abuse may result in a ban (see Referral rules).

  • Authorised tools: Tools and integrations that we expressly authorise (for example, official Ronin wallets and the Ronin Launchpad) are not prohibited by this Fair Play Policy, provided they are not used to automate activity.

  • Reporting: To report a suspected bot, multi-account, scam, exploit or other breach of this Fair Play Policy, contact us via the Yakkamon Discord or at [email protected].
